Warranty And Return

Dear Customer,

We do appreciate your trust and support on our products and service! To protect your own rights and interests, please read the following terms carefully: All products manufactured or supplied by Teevo are provided a one-year warranty based on the date of purchase to assure you a stable performance. If you find any defective ones during the warranty, please feel free to contact us at service-03@teevo.com for return/exchange or refund.

RMA Process :

1. Before issuing a delivery, apply for an RMA through email service-03@teevo.com or what's app +8613828745004. After RMA being accepted, an email with RMA No. and returning address will be provided.

2. Fill the RMA form with information of the returning product (quantity, problem, tracking number and picture of the package).

3. All the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in its original conditions (new and unused) with returning product list attached.

4. After-sale center will issue a testing report within 3-6 working days after the package has been received.

5. Customer confirms the test report.

6. Issue the return/refund/exchange (within warranty)

Out of Warranty

1. Merchandise over the warranty period.

2. Merchandise without the Teevo unique warranty stamp.

3. Any scratches, cracks, dings or other damages will void the warranty.

4. Product is broken when we receiving the return package.

5. Physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage. For example, LCD corner damage, flex cable broken, connector damage and/or small parts missing.

Please note that our after-sales policy mainly applies to situations where the product is defective. If you accidentally purchased the wrong item or no longer want the item after purchasing it, please contact us for return processing. We will not cover the return shipping costs.
