FM40 is typically used for phone/tablet screen separation, front glass lamination, OCA bonding, and bubble removal. It features automatic vacuuming without the need for an external air compressor or vacuum pump.

This machine's heating platform is capable of separating flat screens up to 12.9 inches, including iPads and Android tablets. Meanwhile, the lamination and bubble removal chamber of the machine is particularly suitable for devices with flat or curved screens up to 7 inches. Bonding and bubble removal processes are completed in one step, resulting in high precision and efficiency.

The Attentions For Using the REFOX FM40 Edge Screen Laminator

Curved screen lamination excludes the Huawei Mate 30 Pro and Mate 40 Pro.
This equipment only supports lamination and bubble removal for flat-screen and curved-screen phones.
Upon receiving the machine, it is recommended to run a test without any materials to ensure proper functioning.
Before lamination, ensure that the screen surface to be laminated is free from oil, dust, water, etc.
Set the laminate pressure appropriately to avoid screen damage. Excessively high or low pressure can adversely affect screen laminate effects.
The machine operates under high pressure during bubble removal. Check if the bubble removal chamber door is securely locked before starting bubble removal.
Do not set the bubble removal chamber temperature too high, as higher temperatures increase the risk of re-bubbling.
Regularly wipe and clean the machine to ensure it is free of debris and dust accumulation.
